CUSTOM KPM150HIII is a compact and capable mini printer for media widths from 20mm to 54mm.
It prints over 180mm/s on paper weights from 80 to 180g/m². It has both RS232 and USB interfaces and the strong cutter has a performance of over a million cuts.
It has a sensor for autoloading paper, and a user adjustable sensor for ticket and printing alignment by detecting a black mark anywhere along the width of the media. It has another sensor mounted above the paper path that in combination with the bottom mounted alignment sensor can detect changes in translucency, particularly useful for aligning labels on backing paper by detecting the gap between labels, resulting in perfect alignment on every label with no alignment creep over the entire label roll or in between print runs.
Optional retention kits are available that press and hold printouts until the user takes the slip so as to prevent any slips falling on the ground or blowing away.
