VKP80III is a small form-factor, reliable, high speed, direct thermal kiosk printer for unattended printing of receipts, tickets, coupons and any type of record or document. It features proven user-friendly paper presentation including complete print and cut before present (sometimes referred to as loop and present in self-service markets) and configurable automatic eject and retract functions. It can even be configured to retract without presenting (patented) for record keeping purposes.
VKP80III is the latest industry leading thermal printer to come out of the VKP80 series. This upgrade builds on the reputation established by the VKP80 and VKP80II. Autonomy is further enhanced by a newly patented anti-jamming system with a printer clean command. Auto-diagnostics are available as standard by means of counting the number of working dots.
The VKP80III can print on 82.5mm paper width; 80mm paper width; 60mm paper width; 58mm paper width; 50mm paper width and anything in between by way of a smooth, continuous adjustment of the width of the paper path.
An exceptionally small system footprint is enabled by having the option to have the connectors at the back of the printer or on the left side. Despite the compact solution, high autonomy is preserved by being able to mount the integral paper-roll holder arm either vertically above the printer, to horizontally behind the printer, to vertically below, wherever your system can best accommodate a large roll of paper. The arm can also be mounted on either side of the printer enabling paper loading from one side or the other, very useful when the printer is located close to a fixed panel with insufficient space to load a 50mm+ wide roll of paper from that side.
